Vertuccio Farms

Each year we try to go to a pumpkin patch and this year we went to Vertuccio Farms. It was fun and the kids loved it. Lots of things to do. They did not want to go home. We did everything there except the corn maze because it was to dark.

Maddox couldn't get enough of this place. Running around everywhere. Playing in the dirt and seeing all of the animals.

Look Who Turned 4!

Savanna turned 4 on October 9th and we celebrated her party on her b-day last Sunday. I decided to just keep it simple and do a little family party with the family who lived close by. She wanted a barbie party. She is obsessed with barbies right now and doing their hair.

Maddox had to have a cupcake before the singing started, he just couldn't wait.

It took her a few try's to blow her candles out but she got them all out by herself.....

My little 4 year old.... she reminds me that she is 4 now just about every day.

She didn't waste any time opening presents. Her sister happily helped her. Notice the pink sign on the wall...Sadie made her a few b-day decorations. That sign said presents on it. I didn't get pics of the others. What would I do without her help.

Soccer

The girls are both in soccer this year and they are having a lot of fun playing on Saturday mornings.

These are pictures of their second game that was last Saturday. They both scored two goals and their game yesterday Savanna scored 4 goals and Sadie scored 2. They are making their daddy very proud.....

She is not afraid to get in the middle of all the kids and get the ball. It is funny to watch her. If somebody pushes her she will give them the dirtiest look.

Savanna....Dance and Preschool Pics

Savanna's preschool pics turned out really cute. I couldn't choose just one. She is growing up and will be turning 4 on October 9th. She's very excited about it.

I put the girls in dance. A lady teaches it out of her garage and they love it. It is tap and ballet. I don't have any pics of Sadie yet, these were taken by a friend.

She does have ballet shoes but didn't put them on. She is a little stubborn.

First Day of School

Sadie started 1st grade last Monday. She is so excited about it. She is star of the week this week. It was a huge difference from last year when she started Kindergarten. It only took her a couple of weeks to adjust and now she loves school.

Savanna started Preschool as well last Monday. She loves it so so much. She didn't even shed a tear. She thinks she is so big and has been wanting to go for months. She still misses her sister when she is at school.

I am just glad that we are now back into somewhat of a schedule. Savanna will take naps again now that Sadie is back in school. She didn't take hardly any during the summer, because Sadie kept her so busy.

My "Unwreath" for My Door

I got this idea from a friend of mine...Kristy Call and thought that I would make one. The one pictured above is the one that I came up with. Check hers out at www.thediaryofdaveswife.com. I thought that it was a cute idea for something for the front door. I wanted something a little different for my summer wreath. And I love the pin wheels. I will be making many more for other things. Love them! Thanks Kristy for sharing.

Gymnastics

Sadie and Savanna had their gymnastics show back in May. It was fun to see how much they have improved. Savanna wasn't sure what to do once the music started. Sadie surprised us and did her first back walkover all by her self. She was so excited about that. It was fun to watch.

Sadie's class.... She advanced to the level 2 class pretty fast.

Since their show they have improved in just a month. I signed them up for the summer classes and Sadie has improved even more and doing bigger tricks. It's nice since it is only her and another girl in her class since it is the summer one. Savanna's class is full and she is learning new things and getting better.

They absolutely love gymnastics and look forward to going every week.

They are doing tricks non stop around the house.
